STEP IT UP

Tues & Thur @ 7 pm & Sat @10am

These aren't your grandma's step aerobic classes. These are HIIT cardio dance moves combined with songs that make you want to get up and dance! During this 60 minute class every kick, turn and half step encourages you not to quit.
