This 60 minute fun, athletic, cardiovascular indoor cycling classes - the ultimate calories killer. Start pedaling and let go as the music takes you on the ride of your life along various terrains, speeds and intensities. Go at your own pace and enjoy a group exercise session full of motivation and sweat!

These 30-minute sessions are progressive and designed to gradually ease beginners into different exercises, higher volume, more intensity or all of the above. After four weeks you’ll not only be ready for the next level, but you’ll have lost inches and pounds.
